Our Shipping Policy
We do everything we can to foster good relationships with our customers. And
although the vast majority of human beings are decent, honest people, there
are (unfortunately) people in the world who try to defraud honest businesses
such as ours.
Therefore, we've been forced to take an active stance against fraud. We have
a policy of holding any orders that appear suspicious in any way.
We reserve the right to deny any order. But it's extremely rare.
If you're a normal customer placing a normal order, there's nothing to worry
about.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and services, we have a no returns, no refunds policy.
Your product will be individually checked before it ships. In the unlikely event that your
product is damaged when it arrives to you, contact us immediately upon receipt, and we will
do our best to resolve the problem.
If you have any reason to dispute a charge made by Glyn Hubbard Photography, please contact
us immediately using any of the contact details listed on the Contact
Us page.
We will work with you to resolve any issue, and refund requests should be made
through us, and not through your credit card company. We have an outstanding
reputation, and we would like to maintain it.
